hey go to paypals site and register a complaint. they will e-mail the seller and if he doesnt respond in i think its 10 days they will pull money out of his account and put it back in yours. If he doesnt have money they will put a hold on his paypal account and he cant use it till he pays and since most likely its hooked to his checking account he will need to use it again if he plans on selling. I has a similar problem but it didnt work out for me cause the seller had no money in his paypal account and i never used it again :confused:

E-Bay isnt the one that screwed you Duke,,, the seller is...E-Bay is a great vehicle for finding some good and some not so good deals.. with that being said,, O only live about 40 minutes from this seller, and I would be glad to go by there if you dont recieve the parts or some feedback from them soon..
Just let me know ....By the way, 2 weeks, or 10 days is on the far end of normal time for UPS shipments. I have purchased 25 or more items from E-Bay, and have been more than satisfied every time so far.. :steering:

I wouldn't care if the package took 6 months to get to my house, but the fact that he hasn't replied to any of my emails or even given me a tracking number really ticks me off! :cuss I don't believe that it would take this long, especially since the products is actually going from CA to Detroit, MI. I just had my new 84 seats arrive today from Fresno, CA to Windsor. It left on January 29th and arrived today February 6th. No excuses from this ebay defunct.
