Thanks to Kenincanada for helping find the model # of my V ette. Sadly it's a L48. What a disappointment. I guess the saving grace here is my new 330HP. SB. It goes like a bat! I only drive like a nice girl around this area. Other than that; watch-out! :steering: :blueangel: :reddevil

About the only thing that L-48 designated was the hp of the engine. With your new engine you are probably making much more power than an original L-82. Come back again! Everybody here will be glad to help you with just about any questions you have.

The L48 wasnt thaaaaat bad. ok yea it was, but the LG4 was worse, and the L82 wasnt too much better. a 330hp SB is a great upgrade to any small block C3.
