Default 1972 LT1 fuel pump specs

Anyone have a source for the actual specs of an AC 40956 fuel pump? Looking for pressure and volume.
Part number stamped on pump is 187K40956

Okay, from the 1972 Chevrolet Service Manual the fuel pump pressure for the 1972 LT1 is 7 to 8.5 psi. Volume is one pint in 30-45 seconds at cranking speed.
The 1972 LT1 uses the AC 40956 pump so I am assuming these are the correct specs for that pump.

The Service Manual instructs to test the pump deadheaded.

Thanks Catfish!

What a great resource. That is going to provide hours of entertainment.

According to that doc the fuel pressure is 7.5 to 9 psi at the pump.

So I did complete the fuel pump pressure test. This would be the deadhead test the manual refers to.
This car is new to me so I dont have history on the current fuel pump but it looks new. Or as least a new rebuild as it is the proper 40965 with the correct date for the car.
Did the test three times and got 6psi - 6.5psi and 6 psi.

I am happy with that as i think the Holley likes that pressure. It also is in line with PJOs post
