Yes. Just did it on my '77 a few months ago. If I remember correctly, you disconnect the linkage, drive the pin out and the reverse shift rod slides out.
It's an O-ring. I redid all the seals in my T10. I think I got the seal kit from EBAY. There's some good YouTube videos on doing it. Note: I had my trans out when I did it.
