Gas Mileage
I am getting about 13.8 miles per gallon. Seems like it should be a little better.

Depends on how I drive. I have a best of about 15 (very conservative) to about 5 when getting on it. I think I average around 10 to 12

About 10 around town, 15 on the highway. I didn't buy it for its fuel economy.

I think 13.8 is pretty good. I have a 3.70 rear and 4 speed. :thumbs: I drive mostly highway. When the secondaries open, I can see the gauge move- no joke!

Not really concerned with my vette's gas mileage since it's not a daily driver. However, my 83 chevy k10 diesel with ~210k miles still gets about 17-18 mpg. :yesnod:

1974, L-48, Auto, all stock and I get 14 mpg consistantly (mixed highway and city).

I get around 6-8 miles to the gallon with the 468, 4.11 gears and a 4 speed. Hopefully the gas mileage will increase when I put the 8-71 on it.

The latest several tanks have yielded 15 mpg with the 406 and 3.70 rear.Was 17mpg with the 355.

I checked once.. I netted 14 miles to the Impirial gallon... I haven't discussed gas mileage scince!
