454 Identification Code
Hey guys,
I have found a 454 block to replace my 350 and I was just wondering where I could look up the three letter code on the right side of the deck. The code is CSS. Does anyone know if this is a Corvette 454? Or is this a Chevelle block? Thanks for any help. :cheers:

That is what i thought, but i did not think i was lucky enough to find a 1972 big block for my '72, which has an automatic also. Thanks for you input. :hurray:
