Stock 80 L-82 is what... mid 15s? I really have no clue, but just for the sake of playing the game I will say mid 14s @ mid 90s. :) MJ

Re: (Glensgages)
Sorry, too many grilled cheeses sammichs. My 100% stock '82 CFI goes low 15.90s @ 85-86 MPH, on 255R60 BFGs in 90+ degree weather, at approx 1100' (2700' density altitude) elevation. My best guess: 14.80s-15.20s @ 90+. Keep us posted once you DO run the L-82.

Re: What Numbers Should I Expect? (midnightblue80)
My old engine, a 240hp engine from an 87 vette, would get me mid 14's. So, I'll say low 14's, assuming you are making about 250hp, with low gearing.
I noticed that you have a 3500rpm stall converter listed - this sounds a bit overkill for a mild engine, but that's just my opinion.
Good luck with it - post some numbers if you visit the strip
