So the kickdown cable clip broke on my 81. It's the plastic clip at the carb. Has anyone else found a way to fix this without using the original plastic clip?
yes, a replacement clip is available separately, it can be ordered on amazon as my picture shows. I know the original is part of the cable and plastic does break. The clip on my cable was a replacement without having to buy the whole cable. I was just asking if anyone found a way to fix it without having to buy another cable or a replacement clip.
