P1682 code on my ls3 c3 vette

Default P1682 code on my ls3 c3 vette
I did my engine swap 3 years ago with a GM performance harness. But today the car would crank but not start along with the p1682 code. Anyone know what this problem most likely is?

It appears to be ignition switch related, it could also be caused by trying to start the car in very cold weather.

It's a code showing multiple Voltages throughout the system. Poor connections, corroded wiring or terminals. It's one of "Those" codes!
We are all really happy that C3 Corvette's don't have these types of problems!
If we wanted these types of headaches we could purchase a late model car!

OK, I got this sorted! It was the ignition replay that was causing the problem. I replaced all of the relays.
