1979 Corvette - C4 Sawblade wheels
Hello everyone,
I want to upgrade the wheels and put wider tires on my C3 I have done a lot of to the motor and the stock tire sizes can handle the power. I always liked the C4 Sawblade wheels and got a set very cheap with new tires.. I have see these wheels before on C3 vettes and in other forums everyone is mentioning VBP (Vette Brake Parts) as the vendor that sells these wheel adapters but I can't find it on their website.. I have already tried to contact the vendor but no reply yet... do you guys know anyone else that sells these adapters?

Unfortunately VBP went out of business, for what reason I don't know. Perhaps try Van Steele, they bought the tooling for VBP 'S COMPOSITE SPRING.

There's nothing Corvette-specific about adapters. You just need to figure out the correct size.
You can try using this tool (stock C3 wheels are 15x8", with 4" backspace, for NEGATIVE 13 mm offset. Figure out what size adapters you need, and get them from eBay.
