Default 1969 front spindles

Can anyone recommend a supplier for 1969 spindle and hubs? I'm upgrading my 1968 front spindles to the larger 1969 spindles, hubs and bearings. The hubs and bearings seem to be readily available but the spindles are an issue. Anyone know why? I've done some searching and can't find a supplier that has them in stock. I can go with the stock 1969 upgrade but would like to know if there is a preferred manufacturer that might be of higher quality than others. This is primarily for track use. Thanks for your help. - Dave

Lots of used spindles available. You get genuine USA manufactured parts that way.

Give Danny a call at Van Steel. He may be able to help you. Jerry

Any one know why ? - BECAUSE this is something that nobody reproduces - and good for that !
These are not wear parts - no one usually needs (to replace)
I wouldn't want to buy a safety critical part like that banged out in some 3rd world country
Good used is the best you're going to do

You guys have more than convinced me to go with a good set of used. Turns out I have at least a few very good sources. Still waiting to hear back from a reply I sent to Ralph Spears. He's about a 2 hour drive from me. I also have a close friend in FL that has a set that's available. Thanks for all the advise along the way. I also had some very useful pm's that aren't on this thread. - Dave

Ralph,
I'm going to get a big brake kit from Wilwood so I don't need rotors and I'm getting Van Steel hubs. Thanks. - Dave
