Big Block 1/2 Shaft Torque Spec
My AIM lists the torque for installing 1/2 shafts to the pumpkin for a SB with the whimpy U-bolts and not the BB with bolts and saddles. I know I'm probably not looking in all the right places, but I haven't found the proper torque anywhere. I'm assuming it's in the 50 ft-lb range.

In my 69 AIM, it is 40-50 ft-lbs and is located on page 377 in the optional equipment section at the beginning of the BB engines under the L36 option on sheet B7. Good luck! :cheers:
