1968 Door glass replacement
Car was disassembled when I got it and each door was in various states of disassembly. Items 2 and 3 in this diagram; are there any current vendors reproducing this bracket and isolation strip (filler)? Mine are rusted pretty good. One has broken off shafts and the other had broken shafts then drilled for a small screw and nut on back. I can work them if I need to but would prefer to replace. Not finding any available new.
Thanks,
Rob

I'm in the midst of taking care of the rust and will drill, tap and treat tomorrow. Mine are as nice as any I can find used online.
The buttons/caps 15/16 in the diagram have yet to survive removal. For the rubber isolator/filler (#3) I'll either use Ben-Har or fabric reinforced rubber from McMaster Carr. They offer it in several compositions, various thicknesses and 2 or 4 inch widths and even have an option for adhesive backing.
I've been at this project for some time and this plus engine install, tuning and alignment are the last major items to go.
Rob
