Electric Water Pumps
Can you still retain your heater with an electric water pump? I don't think there is a connection for a heater hose. Right or wrong? I'm thinking about trying one.

I heard an electric pump wouldn't pressurize the cooling system enough for street use.Don't know if that's true or not,but I've got a hard time trusting a $5000. engine on a 50 cent fuse.

I have a NEW CSI pump from Summit, I put it on, and Low and behold... No stock PS bracket attachments. If you can get around that, I'll sell it for $50 less then I paid at Summit last month.

I`m going to buy a CSI or a Meziere waterpump to my engine.The new timingcover is to deep for my mec waterpump,and with spacers the pulleys wont line up properly...Heard alot of good things about CSI :cheers: :cheers:

Currently running the CSI pump with no problems thus far. (reduce some weight, gain some horses) :thumbs:
Of course I have no need for heat or the A/C (doesn't work anyways) in my neck of the woods so I can't tell you whether it is an issue or not.
