If the care still starts and runs well they may be stuff that was "added-on".
It would be beneficial to state what year care we're discussing and if you fill out your profile with that info folks can then check that in case you space mentioning that.
ANYWAY --- follow those leads as far as you can and see if you can identify the load...... and, of course, as mentioned earlier get a wiring diagram for you year.

I purchased the car and when I took the dash out these light blue wires fell out and these black wires were lose under the carpet.
I am no mechanic and am trying to figure out what they go to and how to fix them.

That bundle of blue wire is definitely not factory. Follow it up and remove it. Have no idea what your pointing your finger at or why.
the black wires in the back also are not factory. Something left over from a old alarm or stereo I would guess. Also, Follow and remove.
Then, if something stops working you may have a clue. If everything works fine, drive on.

Agree about these wires likely something a previous owner installed. I took out about 10 feet of non-factory and non-functioning wire from my car when I got it.
