For lubricant I tried the CRC spay graphite. That didnt work. So then I purchased some dry graphite powder and mixed that with Lock Ease to make a paste.
Applied that paste to the cable and it has been fine since.

I bought this stuff. We’ll see what happens. I haven’t taken the car out yet, but I probably will tonight. It’s the stuff I bought from AutoZone. It should work hopefully
