Can someone tell me what device this is with the ‘Hold’ and ‘Engage’ labels on it? Located below the master cylinder, above where the vapor canister should be. I’ m having a hard time finding it in my AIM….(disregard the various plugged vac lines)

They are a common failure mode for the cruise control. This "transducer" can be rebuilt by a few people on Ebay. If you want it to work, that is probably the way to go.
