Blueprint engine and side exhaust
I'm looking at a Blueprint 383 for my '77 and also wanted side exhaust, likely set of Doug's from Corvette Central. But at Blueprint says exhaust ports are 1/2" higher than stock heads. Anyone have experience knowing if the headers will still fit?

Doug’s headers and side pipes with Flotek heads, which also have raised exhaust ports.
That's a nice tight fit and looks great. Well done!

Doug’s with VettePack inserts, GM crate motor with raised port heads. Fit fine, I was surprised cause Summit said they wouldn’t work with angle plugs and raised ports, but they do.

I’d say they are. Not only are they corrosion resistant, you can also polish them to new again if they get scratched.
