Those look to be a Male terminal.
To remove the terminal from the connector housing dig some of that hardened dried out sealant from the cell.
Then press the wire end into the cavity some.

It just need to bent in enough so the locking portion of the terminal clears.
Then simply pull the wire and terminal out of the housing...
There are part numbers for these Male terminals depending on wire gauge sizes...
This is an example of a Male terminal Series 56 for gauge wire between #16-#14...
Just a FYI when ordering new terminals:
You may find both Series 56 and Series 59 terminals in the Bulkhead connectors.
Series 59 is 5/16" in width and Series 56 is 1/4" in width...
