There's one in Fall River or New Bedford that a lot of guys use- can't remember the name, though. Duh. There's also South Shore Plating in Quincy. Whitman Plating used to do this stuff, but now he does mostly commercial plating.

NU-Chrome is located in Fall River. They are doing my 69 rear bumpers and come highly recommended. Cost is $400 for both (OUCH). They have had them since December, so you better get moving if you want them by spring!!!Mine are due back next week.
