Holy valves Batman !
I am doing some web work for a local machine shop. They had a set of 426 Hemi heads sitting on the counter. I put a quarter in the chamber and snapped a digi-pic. Those valves are HUGE !

Just out of curiousity what is the stock valve sizing for a 426 Hemi head?
FYI the big block Chevy head is know as a semi-hemi head with it's staggered and splayed valves (also know as a porcipine head).

My chevy heads have 2.25 intake and 1.88 exhuast. They won't be that much smaller then the set you are looking at. :) :)

Steve The new hemi is basically a 5.7L small block...different valve angles/placement and slightly different chamber, also 2 spark plugs. :cheers:
345 horsepower (5,600 rpm) and 375 lb-ft of torque (4,400 rpm) from 5.7 liters.
