Having the engine and transmission out won't make the job any easier.
The trick is getting the body raised enough to swap out the bushings.
If you have big hands, it makes things just a little harder.

Maybe the shifter disconnect. That's about it. Can't think of a single thing on the engine that connects to the body.
Some disconnect the brake lines from the master. But that's not engine, and of course the steering column needs disconnecting. And on and on.
But to change body mount bushings your lifting the body.
I did it one side at a time. A lot of us do. But I left my engine and trans in the car.

The #2 and #3 mount bolts are the most challenging in terms of being able to remove the bolts without destroying the captive nuts.🔩 Repeatedly soak the areas with PbBlaster/equivalent for several days, yes, days, before attempting.
If you have an acetylene torch, you can apply localized heat to the nut but you need to be VERY careful and know what your are doing.
