C3 Couch and a Fireplace-The Solution to Winter
So you are snowed in, or as in my case it is just too darn cold to go outside. Frustration! A member of our Corvette Club came up with the solution. Light the fireplace, grab a glass of your favourite liquid refreshment, put on some car songs and relax in your C3 couch. Summer is coming; it doesn't hurt to dream! Thought I would share this project of one of our Club members with you.

WOW!! That is just sooooo cool!! Is that a custom piece or is it available from a manufacturer? I'd love to have one, but I'm sure my wife would say no. :D

That's a custom project. Backend came from a 1968. Here is a newspaper article on the couch.

That looks pretty darn good. I have seen the late model couches with lights that work. Those are pretty darn pricey with no wheels. Very cool.

That is really, really sharp!!! I love it
It looks just like the back end of my very first Corvette, a '69 Daytona Yellow convertible. And I had Cragar's too.
It's seeing pics like these that make me want to :U because I sold that car :smash:
Thanks for posting the pics Paul
