no power to front left turn light

no power to front left turn light

no power to left turn light....all lights on car work accept the left turn light..does that come from the plug in to the firewall side of fuse box??which is the headlamp harness..all wiring is new

With the headlight switch pulled out to the first position, does the parking light go on?
If no then check the bulb holder for a bad ground:

Attach a wire to a good ground and touch the other end of the wire to the brass part of the bulb holder.

If it passes that test, check the harmonica connection for power with the turn signal in the turn left position.

Check 'H'.
