Default Does This Non AC unit look Right/Missing anything?

Because of this forum I see that my Non AC HVAC panel is rare.

While working on the Rev light issue I decided to clean up and take inventory under the column. I bought the 68-82 shop manual and it’s just ok. You folks are way better.

someone put a new blower motor in. Works great. Almost too great. Hot!!!

I don’t have an Operators manual either. I assume the control with the cable just deflects top or bottom vents. Lower is a selector.

1. Is there really no lower support? It’s just heal in from top?

2. It looks like Vac tubes going to the selector part. 2 ports on the selector on the unit don’t go anywhere. I searched. Only these lines are hooked up. Is that for AC and other options?

Have to re dye the ***** black

I suggest you get a real Chevrolet Service Manual for your year car...
Add to that a Assembly Manual for your car...
To me, The vacuum manifold to vacuum switch looks correct for a NON A/C car.
Here is a page from the 1977 Assembly manual for a NON A/C car.
The drawing of the switch on the AIM page is not correct as for the port numbering and what hoses land where...
The photo of the vacuum switch I added is correct. If you have an original vacuum switch each one of those ports are numbered...
The White plastic part on the cable is a turnbuckle that adjusts the cable length...

Here is a larger photo of the vacuum switch, you will be using the decryptions of the port numbering on the right, NON A/C Controls

Yes I have to get one. I got a big book on Amazon but there’s no replacing the Factory manual. Do they order the. At Chevy or are there other places?

ASM is on the way. I have a bastardized pdf for now.

#5 is a plug in the molded vacuum manifold.
#5 port on a NON A/C car is NOT used...
