The jack and tire tool should be located in a "well" behind the passenter seat. Open the compartment door behind the passenger seat and remove the "bucket" (liner with holes in the side for your fingers). If not gone, the jack and tire tool should be held down by a "w" shaped retention bar on a flexible spring.
