This is a 1981,have replaced a lot of parts, heads all the way to carburetor and distributor and headers,I just replaced the interior and other than cranking up to move it around hadn’t ran engine very long other than breaking in,also new cam,but I unhooked these hoses and almost certain that they are associated with either smog or the CCC maybe cruise control I guess, not the headlights, they work.
Looks like thermal vacuum switch and charcoal canister? Cruise control transducer is under the master cylinder.
The TVS hose probably does not need to be there after you put headers on which killed the EFE. Might be the EGR TVS but I bet you "fixed" that already too.
Just pull them back to where they get the vacuum from and disconnect, then plug the leak. Put the hoses in the box with the rest of the smoggy stuff you give to the next guy. That's what I would do. Then run a manifold vacuum line direct to the distributor. Make sure you get a different canister so it all works together. 👍
If you have a vapor canister line, I would try to keep it, assuming you have a Qjet?
