i am considering a purchase from SIGNGUY...
have any of you had any dealings with him???
do you think he's a good risk?

I thought these were funny. Seriously though, I think compiling a list of folks that have been untrustworthy in the past is a good idea.

im sure most of you understand that this was just an example of something that might be helpful to us when in doubt about a deal...
when i read that "ron conrad" post i scensed an ergency and a need for something...people were scramblin for an answer and all i heard were ideas that were far more complicated AND kinda put the responsibility onto someone else...

i thought i might have a simple solution or at least a base for one...
and BTW as i stated a while back...i stopped jumping from airplanes in 1996-1997...and...yes...i DO miss it badly... :yesnod:

im actually from Maine but ive been here about 20 yrs...
i DID live on the coast for a while but i guess im just not a "city guy"...
i hated all the people and the traffic...
im kind of a stay at home guy (after work etc) so i really like living in the country...its very laid back...
i realize that you know but some folks here probably dont realize that i live in a little town where the NEAREST city or other town is about 45 miles away!
some think its weird but i love it... :yesnod:

I would give up the coast for "Old Florida" anyday. considering I am a 7th generation Floridian from Cocoa originally and yes my biggest gripe in Palm city is the traffic.... 10 years ago I thought I would never say that... :mad
