Hinge Panel inner metal fab?
Hi all, Has anyone fabricated a piece for the hinge panel before? Looking for any tips.
Inner and Outer corners in buying, Windsheild frame I’m getting a doner , but on the left side a part of my hinge pillar is rotted as well where the lower part of the rotted windshield frame connected.
ASM shows a lot of spot welds.

It has been done by one of the club members here in the UK, but he has had to go the whole hog and remove the front clip and the firewall, as his birdcage was in really bad shape.

It has been done by one of the club members here in the UK, but he has had to go the whole hog and remove the front clip and the firewall, as his birdcage was in really bad shape.
