Default Anyone using this DRL-1 Universal module?

I've been thinking about adding a Daytime Running Light module to my 1975. I don't like the generic ones on Ebay ($15 cheapo ones). The thought of adding an electronic module into my classic car that could melt or cause a fire scares the crap out of me!

But, this one, the DRL-1 seems to be from a more legit company. However, I still would love to hear any feedback from people that have this one (or links to other "good" ones).
I specifically want the module to use the brighter blinker filament on the front amber lights as the DRL, but still let the blinker flash when needed, and to allow it to turn off & revert back to the dimmer marker filament when the headlights are turned on. (This is the same way many modern pre-LED cars operate.)

I would save the money and just run with the parking lights on all the time.

FWIW, I looked at web's online instructions. https://irp-cdn.multiscreensite.com/...aded/DRL-1.pdf
It clearly depicts the use of 'WIRE NUTS'
JME: wire nuts are not a suitable, long-term termination method for anything that vibrates (e.g. motor vehicle).
May be a stretch, but I cannot take seriously any company that suggests otherwise. just sayin'

<> as Crimson Thunder advises; just leave the park lights on

I installed Switchback 1157 bulbs in the front, Amber Off/Amber Off...
I pull my headlight switch so the park lights are ON (white lamps)
Turn Signal L or R they change from White to Amber and then back again once turn signal is canceled...
You will need an electronic flasher relay in place of the original bimetal flasher relay (behind map pocket)
One thing I did have to change was the polarity at the flasher relay, simple pin change...
The new flasher relay terminals may have a L & B embossed near the terminal I needed to swap mine around.
Here is the style of Flasher relay I used...

Here is a Amazon link on the 1157 Switchback bulbs I used:

Here is what they look like:
About $25 USD invested no cutting no splicing required

I added DRLs to my 80 using a diode and a splice in the harness. If that's all you do, it was probably $0.50- worth of bits. You can see the results in this thread.
