Jim Shea Papers
I have seen numerous referrals to steering column guidance by Jim Shea. I have yet to find a link that works. Anyone out there have a working link. I am rebuilding a tilt tele column and having problems with the ignition switch rod bottoming out on the transmission control lock tube housing. There is a boss that on the inside of the housing that travels about 45 degrees. The rod hits it and does not allow the ignition switch rack to travel far enough to allow the removal of the key.
