Is there a dye or paint that I can apply to the door panes to redo the interior? I'm not sure if I had seen a product for that before or if I'm just making it up.

Sure is :yesnod: Zip, Riks, Ecklers, and Corvette America all carry interior dye. Most of the vendors sell the "Corvette America" brand and it works very well. I have done the entire interior of my 77 with it, and it works great. I have also used SEM brand dye on my 72 with great results. SEM is available at most local Auto parts stores, and is cheaper than Corv. AM. If your changing interior color, I suggest using the Corv. Am brand interior primer before dying. Helps the new color "stick" better. Good Luck...

I've done a 84 & 75 vette interior with Corvette America dye. Both interiors look great, one is five years old and the other is six months old. Don't forget to clean, tape off and prep it good before spraying.
I have just finished doing most of my interior and I used the product from Corvette America and it worked great.....I used 1200 sand paper to smooth any rough spots and cleaned it well with a good wax and greaser remover and then sprayed it with the aerosol cans. Looks great. I never did my carpet but a freind of mine did and he used a brush on the carpet very sparingly it looks fine as well.
Mine is a Silver Green which is very transparent but after a couple of coats it cover well.
Take your time and don't try to rush it and you will do fine.
