Seems like a heck of alot a trouble to go through for a tiny stinkin bulb..but you have no other choice! Top dash cap has to come off, and the left lower dash pad has to br moved forward. Then, if your hands are small enough, you can either reach it from the top...or from the bottom. If ya still can't reach it...remove the lower clamp/bolts from the steering column enough to lower it some...then you can pull the dash pad a little farther forward. Don't pull too hard, cause there's alot of connections back there. I found that the tach and speedo cables held me back the most. Since ya got it apart...change all the lamps!!! Good Luck
P.S. Oh yeah...I found it so much easier to work in there if I pull the seat out first.
