who's using Steeroids without power steering?
my steeroids will be here in a few days and i am considering hooking it up without power steering to compensate for the aledged "lack of road feel"...
if i understood Eric from Speed Direct correctly, he said that if he were to run it in a vette, he would run it WITHOUT power steering...
whos doing that and how does it feel?

This is what i would like to know...I'm considering Steeroids and I have manual steering and thinking of going to power.

Hmm, didn't realize you could get it without power. Maybe when it comes time to replace my steering box I'll just go with a steeroid.
I also only have manual steering, so this is good news if this is possible.

Guys, I"m sorry as hell I ever posted that thread about light 'feel' about the rack conversions....compared to the old system, yeh i'ts lighter...but really it's pretty good as is.....
now I was not aware of toe out making a car feel light....someone commented that it did...so I messed with it....and yeh, that comment was correct, I had a bit of toe out on the front end....so now, I have it all centered up pretty well, I think..and so we find in fact the feel is fine...for ME anyway...
