Atlanta area transmission shops?
I'm looking for a good shop on the south side of Atlanta to check out/overhaul my 72' TH400. As far as I know, its in fair condition. I just don't want to have to crawl under and change/repair after we get the body back on. Any suggestions?

I think that you should reconsider your choice of air cleaner,I would think that any dirt that ends up on the top of that filter will fall right into the carb then to the cylinders right where you DON'T want it. :nonod:

I get a lot of comments on the pro-flo. Actually, its a concession to my son, who's helping me rebuild. He kinda has an obsession with that air cleaner. We'll replace it with a normal cleaner for regular driving. If we end up in shows or events, we'll stick the pro-flo back on.
