Login problem need help

My wife signed up and was approved and it takes her user name and pass word but she still cannot log in can anyone give her some advice. :auto:

If you are using the same computer, I believe it requires you to log out first so she can log in. If you already knew that... disregard the above. :D

If she is still having problems, send any moderator a private message or email. They will send you in the correct direction.
