What a drag...got everything in. Staight forward setup. Just have the control box stting on the fender for now. (with a fender cover of course). Car fired right up, ran for about a minute then died. Cranks but won't start. Tried their troubleshooting section, seems to responed the way they say, but no dice.
Tech. support Mon-Fri, and I'm on the road this week. Go figure.
What a drag.

Double check all of your connections, especially the ground. Make sure there is no paint, dirt, grease or any other contaminations at your grounding spot. Good luck. Biggjimm

thanks..did all that. long story short. I have the old dist. running on the 6al, with the new coil and wires and all is well. I Noticed the tip of the center conductor on the inside of the MSD cap was broken. I'll change the cap and retry the new dist.

make sure that blaster 2 coil is mounted vertically-NOT ON A ANGLE ON THE INTAKE - i did this- the blaster is oil filled and if its on a angle a air bubble will sit on the side and burn out the windings of the coil-it blew out my msd 6-a- if your mounting it by the distributor on a angle get the dry msd coil-- it may take a wile but it will fail----------carl
