Re": 1971 I have a plug coming off what looks like a heat sink located under dash near pass. side speaker. It has three wires coming from it to a male plug end and I can't see what to plug this into.
Unit has Delco GM DS501 on it. Wire colors are green-yellow-blue.

It is part of the factory radio system.

John,
That is your original Mono radio convector (amplifier). The 3 wire plugs into the radio, if you got one
