Another ebay "deal"
Did I miss something here?
First listing-did not hit reserve

I'd say that a '68 BB vert in good condition is probably in that ballpark (20-ish). And don't ever feel bad about how much you spend on your vette...think of it as rearing a family member, you wouldn't feel bad about $$ spent on that would you? :p:

If you look close at the dash you can see the black is peeling off and you can see the blue under neath. I think the car would look better if it were its original Blue/Blue.

I was thinking more in the $16-17 range. The car needs some work. As evidenced by the appearance of the engine, it could be tired as well. I know that my engine looked a lot better than that and it was shot.
Of course, outside appearance is not indicative of inside condition, but I think that there is some correlation. If the thing would have been rebuilt, they would have done the outside as well (at least paint and cleanup).
$21K (twice) is just pushing it to me.
But I like where the prices at least "appear" to be headed.
