Flashers used to work on 81...
They stopped flashing. And I replaced the flasher recently.
What part do you guys use on an 81?
Autozone has two - thermal and electric. I think I bought the last
one from Napa and it worked so well that I want another please...
Funny, the lights turn on but no flashing... :confused:

The stock flasher is thermal, but an electric one will work. A thermal flasher will flash faster if one of your bulbs burns out, or if you change over to LEDs. An eletric flasher will flash at the same speed no matter what.
