While I am aware that you can buy adapters and such to fit 16" wheels, I cannot find anything to run 17" ZR-1 wheels. Is there somewhere I can look and find all the info I need?
Can I run 17x11" on the rear or just the 9.5's?
What offset do I need to get?
Thanks for any help.
Dave
VB&P can supply you with the adaptors necessary to run C4 & C5 wheels on your C3, plus they're a supporting vendor ;) .
If you want to go with 11" in the rear, you'll need fendor flares if you want everything under the fendors. You can install 9.5" with offset trailing arms in the rear ;) .

You can do 9.5's in the rear with stock arms. However, the tire will hang out just a tiny bit. It looks pretty mean that way though.
There is a HUGE differance between a wheel ADAPTOR and a mear spacer....
an adaptor is machined out of heavy duty aliminum billit, and takes ten bolts, 5 for the wheel, and indesed around 5 for the adaptor to the hub/rotor assy....so it would take ten lug nuts to get to the rotor....hope that clear....
a mear spacer is just cheap crap cast junk typically and is not safe.....it only used the existing studs, and places undoo stress of one type or another on them.....

so what your saying is that you currently use a wheel adapter and its very safe and works just fine for you? What size wheels are you running.
