Just saw Arnett on Fox from Iraq.
Peter Arnett,one of the world's leading war correspondents and an authority on the Middle East who now works for National Geographic said on Iraqi TV the US war effort is a failure and is helping the opposing view in the US.
Peter Arnett is a former CNN correspondent.

I get a kick out of all these "experts" that have no access to the truth and present their opinions as the truth. For good reasons, (like people's lives)much of what's really happening isn't available to the press. So, in order to impress us with their "wisdom", they pretend that they somehow have access to information that's available to a only a handfull of people.

I lost all respect for him after his iraqi tv interview. Unbelievable. I did like his reporting on the first Gulf war.

I lost all respect for Geraldo years ago, with the show he did on Capones
Vault, and then when he reported from Afgan. and he became the story, because he claimed he was shot at.
Reporters are suppose to report, and not become the story. He crosses the line to way to much.
