Default 71 value question

Ok guys (and gals) how much would you guess for a 71 convertible, matching # one owner car with all the orignal paper work including the protector plate. It is a 350/270hp 4 speed car, red with a black int. Inside and out in good/great shape?
Thanks

$16,371.42 and not a penny more.

Do I win? :jester

Seriously, is it really all matching numbers? Alternator, carb, distributor, radiator, etc? Could be NCRS Bowtie / Bloomington Survivor material.

Here I go again, quoting the Vette magazine spring price guide- which sounds high to me. #2 condition-$20,500. #3-$18,250. #4-$14,750.
