-- Rewired the Alternator pigtails that was spliced beyond belief
-- New horn relay in the right location (had two yellow wirenuts :nono: )
-- New radio, a Pioneer from CustomAutosound
-- Small Amp behind passenger seat
-- CD player and EQ in the jack compartment
The CD, EQ, Amp & Radio all have direct battery connections one way or another (the amp is direct, all the others thru the fusebox). Is a 15 milli-amp draw too much or expected for the "radio memory". The CD player also has some type of memory.
I noticed the draw when I hit my test light between the neg. terminal and cable and got a light that faded away in a second.
15ma is hardly anything. Isnt that like 1.5% of one amp? Its nothin. You could temporarly disconnect those items that draw for memory and test again. That way you could verify that they are whats causing the miniscule draw.
15 ma is nothing to worry about like john said,we have 40-80 ma draws on the police cars with all the crap we wire in them and there fine sitting all weekend sometimes.
