The sound of my L48....the radio that was in the car since I bought it is a piece o'junk! But that's not high on the priority list right now, I need fix my A/C, install headers, cam, fix a few slow oil seeps, high vol water pump... the list goes on! :blueangel:
When I DO fix the radio it will be, Christian, Beatles and Oasis!
Heard a nice tune today on the radio.A Springsteen song.Cant remeber the name, but it begins with.."Gotta Chevy-69,396 with Fuelie heads and a Hurst on the floor"..Good song..
Something to get the blood boiling - like
Metallica - Fuel :
Gimme fuel, gimme fire , gimme that which I desire.
Sammy: I Can't Drive 55 !!
Zep,ACDC,Aerosmith,Sabbath, old VanHalen, etc --- it's all good for me.
Any old or hard rock for me. No rock 'n' roll (Beatles, Elvis,Beach Boys)
... and absolutely NO disco/dance music (Prince,BeeGees,VillagePeople :U )
Metallica, Disturbed, and the new Godsmack CD. And, for when I want to hammer on my steering wheel and yell along and look like a maniac, I've got Dropkick Murphys. Go Punk!!!

Same here, or is that hear.
I like alot of the 80s hairbands too.
:iagree: Us kids with 73s must think alike. Along with Zep comes the Boston, Styx, Foreigner, Clapton... then the southern stuff: CSN(Y), Doobie Brothers, "Call Me the Breeze"--Skynyrd is a good driving song for that stretch between Ventura and Montecito going up the coast... with the T's off... :D
I agree with most everything that has been mentioned here. It really depends on my mood and it ranges from Big Band (Glenn Miller, mostly) to full on metal or techno and anything in between.
Richard Simmons rockin with the oldies :lolg: :lolg: :lolg:
Usually nothing. But if my Wife's in the Vette it's Barry White
All the hard stuff and some others: Metallica (my fave), Korn, Slipknot, Mudvayne, Stonesour, Tool, Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Disturbed, Stabbing Westward. Gotta love that yelling, headbanging music!!!! :yesnod:
