smog pump?
Not that I would ever want to cheat the wonderful state of California's smog laws but I think the belt on my smog pump may have "slipped" off. Will this affect anything on the car (for the worse)? Does it need to be on there for the car to run properly?
Also, my AC doesn't work very well and I never use it. I dont want to pull it because I may want to fix it someday, but for now can I just take the belt of the compressor?
