Exhaust Smoke

When prepping the car for the winter, I filled up the tank and put the proper ratio of Stabil in the gas tank (I'm saying this because I'm not sure if it might have something to do with the problem).
I noticed that when I floor it, that more than the normal amount of exhaust smoke is behind me. Also, when I first start it up, it's a little smoky in the garage. The smoke does not smell like oil burning. It's just a real concentrated exhaust smell.
It is a garage queen, and I have since diluted the amount of Stabil left in the gas tank by filling it up (I drove it until I hae 1/2 tank left).
I just want to make sure that this is nothing to be concerned about.
What are your thoughts?
If one of the outer cylinders has coolant in it you may have an intake gasket leak which is easy to fix, if it's one of the inner ones it's most likely a blown head gasket or a cracked head
Drain the oil though and fill it up with fresh oil and use a preluber to circulate and drain again, coolant on the bearings will eventially damage them
