Cheap replacement for radiator/rad. support foam seal
Have any of you guys found a place that sells the black foam that you can replace the old foam seals that go between the radiator and the radiator support? I've tried Auto Zone, Pep Boys, and Home Depot with no luck. My current foam is dry rotted and falling apart.

I found some dark gray foam at Wal-Mart. It's for air conditioners and ductwork. It's 2"x2" and about 5 feet long. You will need two to cover the entire circumference of the opening.

I use pipe wrap from Home Depot. Cheap and easy to install/uninstall as needed. I have not used anything but this since owning the car with no problems.

I had a 6 inch gap on the passenger side and cut a dark grey piece out of a computer box packing foam, OPPS, I think I just confessed to a Bubba fix.

That sounds like the ticket. Thanks guys, I'll try Wal-Mart.
 Geesh, talk about Bubba
I used the black, soft, pipe insulation from Home Depot. You can buy it either "plain" or with an adhesive edge (covered with blue tape that you peel off). The adhesive edge can come in handy, but you should probably use weatherstrip adhesive also. The grey stuff I am thinking of is too light, a little stiff, and could shrivel up if exposed to high enuf temperatures.
Go to Mcmaster.com and do a search for foam rubber insulation. You can buy strips of any length and thickness with variable density, deformity and tensile strength. They also sell chemical resistant, heat resistant and flame retardant versions.
It's all reasonably priced too. I feel a lot more comfortable using this stuff when I know what temperature it is rated for. :D
