Underhood paints????
While I have my motor out, I want to detail and paint my engine bay. What is a good paint to use? I was thinking of using POR 15 on the radiator support and frame and suspension parts, but I have no idea what to use on the plastic and other material. What do you guys use/recommend?

For underhood blackout, use either John Deere Blitz Black or Krylon 1613 semi-flat black. Both are a good match for the eggshell sheen of the original blackout paint.

I've had excellent results with Eastwood paints. They have an assortment of black paints and also cast iron, steel, aluminum and clear. They've held up very well over the years and have needed no retouch. They also sell a Radiator black which goes on thin and glossy for the radiator and support. Try their website at http://www.eastwoodco.com. You can also use engine paint from an auto store. I've used their universal black and semi gloss with pretty good results too.
