Gumball run night..........
Hey guys,
The gumball run (Gumballrun3000.com) came through Reno tonight. My bro, my bud, and I went out and check out the cars, took a bunch of pictures which I'll post tomorrow after I format them and stuff.
Anyway. To start off the night we went to my friends work, Century theaters. The theater isn't in the best of neighborhoods, but I never felt unsafe to park my truck in the back of the place. Well, my friend drove because we didn't want to ride 3 deep in my truck. We got back to the theater around 12:00am ish and there is this odd man hanging around the cars that were parked back there. Well, we parked thinking nothing of it. Sat there and talked a bit then he comes up and tries to get in my truck. (Which we were RIGHT next too, parked in a Jeep that just pulled up and had its lights on.) Okay, so I was getting kinda nervous. Then he comes up and stairs at us in the Jeep, all three of us. (We look at him square in the eyes, but it doesn't stop him from circling the jeep..) Then the ()#*%(#@$#* tried to come inside the JEEP, from the back door where I was at! With a knife! Thank god the doors were locked, or he might of have 3 problems on his hands.....I'm not sure if the guy was crazy or just plain stupid. Anyway, so my friend pulls ahead really quick and the guy starts chasing the jeep.......until we pull a brodie and face him with the head lights on him, then he stands on the other side of my truck talking on his cell phone. We call the cops and make sure he see's the light from our cell phone, then he just took off like a bat out of hell and jumps a fence. We kind of know where his apt was at after he went over the fence. Cop's show up, nothing they can really do since he didn't break into my truck or anything, but they go to the apt where he went and start spot lighting the apt's and stuff just to scare him. Which was quite amusing btw. :D
But what odd, is that the face plate wasn't even on my stereo....He was gonna jack my truck. :( He didn't have tools or anything with him, so I imagine he was on the phone with someone that did. (although you can steal my truck with a butter knife........)
Anyway, sorry for the long story.....had to get it out.
I'll have the pictures of the Gumball run stuff tomorrow. (New viper, austin martins, ferarri's etc.)

What a looney-tune. Yall played it just like I would have, except I might have taken him out after the brodie. Nah, I wouldn't have, but it woulda been tempting.
